Arm guests with a diaper pin, and ask them to pin it on their shirts. If you’re worried about damaging clothes with the pins, then you can always substitute them with pieces string or yarn, enough for each person to wear as a necklace.

When you’re ready to begin the game, tell the crowd that they can’t say the word “baby” for the length of the baby shower. If you want, you could also set a time limit, so that people can relax afterwards. Whenever the word “baby” is accidentally said out loud, the first guest who catches the culprit saying it gets to have their diaper pin. And whoever has the most pins wins a prize!
